Time For Some Action:
It’s the time of year when we’re asked to clean out our closets to help those in need keep warm - but we want to do one better, since socks and underwear are two of the items in highest demand for folks in need. Stop by Target, Costco, or wherever you go to pick up bulk packages of socks and underwear in both children and adult sizes for your local clothing drive!
Some orgs to get you started:

Sacred Heart Community Center (San Jose)
Bay Area Women and Children’s Center  (Oakland)
